Project Description:

Remodelling and refurbishment of a family ski lodge in the car free mountain town of Saas-Fee. A restrained palette of local aged timber, honed granite, Calacatta marble, and white plaster. Wall panelling and joinery designed from the weathered timber provided a warm backdrop throughout the property and tactile contrast to the honed granite floors and staircase. Due to the steep mountainside location above the town, construction materials were delivered by helicopter during the summer months.
